I'm writing to tell you a wonderful story about our puppy we got from
you in Oct of 09. His name on the site was Teddy Bear. His new name now
is Strodee. Strodee escaped when a gust of wind blew open a door while I
was at work. I came home at 5:30 to find the door cracked and
immediately began running around the neighbor hood knowing that he left
searching for us. After 6 hours of searching and putting up signs, we
were very discouraged. We were asking everyone we saw if they had seen
him and showing them a picture. We were putting signs up at a store 2
miles away and was told that Strodee was seen creating quite a commotion
by stopping traffic in the middle of a 4 lane road during rush hour.
After hearing 3 similar stories we were very discouraged. I woke up at 5
am the next day to put up more signs. Strodee was still no where in
sight. When Brent opened the door at approximately 7 am to meet me
Strodee was waiting at the door and jumped in his arms. We have no idea
how he found his way back. He could have been anywhere after being
sighted 2 miles away over 16 hours earlier heading in the opposite
direction. I'm so thankful that he was so smart. He is the most loyal
dog I've ever seen and learns tricks in 30 minutes or less. I just can't
say enough about how much we love him and cherish every moment with him.
Here's a picture if you'd like to see what a beautiful pup he came out
to be. Thank you again for bringing so much joy to our lives.

Hi Minda,
I apologize that it has taken me so long to say thank you for our
precious puppy "Mustang" (BMM2). Thank you so much from our family
because we love him very very very much! He is absolutely wonderful and
perfect in every way. He's so happy, loving, playful, listens and minds
so good and has been super easy to train. He and Roman, our 2 year old
American Eskimo dog have been best friends since the second Mustang
arrived. They play together all day, nap together, love our walks and
hikes and Mustang sleeps in bed with our daughter. She sleeps so good
with him beside her. Mustang is also great with our cats. He is gentle
and sweet to them and they love that. Chris, our daughters and I all
absolutely adore our puppy and we will always be grateful to you. With
all our hearts we want to tell you thank you for creating this most
wonderful puppy and for allowing our family to adopt him. We are forever
grateful Minda!

Happy New Year Minda!! I wanted to give you an update on
Ripley.(Feb.2nd 2010 Ricca x Sugardaddy) He is the coolest most
wonderful companion we could have hoped for. He graduated puppy classes
several months ago but he graduated interm. tonight so I had to send you
a picture. He is so eager to please so training him is fun! We are going
to advanced obedience but I want to do agility first he's going to love
that and so am I. He is so good with our two year old. He'll stand
between her and a stranger another dog or a pool.Very protective but he
loves all people until they come into our house then they go through
another Ripley screening. He is very polite but he keeps a close eye on
things until he decides they are okay.I'm so glad we found him! Thank
you for raising such a wonderful puppy! We love him so much! For your
records he is 18 inches and 30 pounds and has a nice coat filling
in.Everyone comments on how soft his fur is I thought it would get
coarser but it hasn't yet. I'll send more pic later.

Hi Minda!
I wanted to update you on my puppy, named Puck, born May 13 to Heartman
and Skylar (?). Puck just got neutered yesterday but you would never
know it from how hyper he is today. He has been such a wonderful puppy
and a joy to have around. He has yet to chew up anything, even a toy! He
learned how to sit and come his first day here and knows down, stay,
high five, roll over, speak, touch, and bow right now- we'll continue
learning more. Puck goes everywhere with me- to the barn, horse shows,
shopping, school...and is a hit everywhere. He has yet to meet an animal
he doesn't like; he and my ferret are the best of friends and play every
morning. He tries to play with the cats, but they don't find it very
amusing. As of now, he is 11" tall and 8 pounds so I think that he will
stay around that. He is all legs, very slim and tall rather than stocky.
Despite his small size Puck thinks he can defend me, so if a strange man
approaches us (usually to say hi to him) he will do this hilarious low
growl until I tell him its okay. He is just a smart, adorable, funny
little guy and I'm so glad I chose to purchase a puppy from you. Hope
you are doing well.

Hi Minda,
The puppy "Sydney" is doing very well. She slept the entire plane ride
home and was wonderful the entire trip. She loves the other dogs and
they love her too!!! She loves to play fetch all ready, she found my

the ball almost outweighs her. Her play drive is very strong. She had
her vet check on Tuesday and she is fine... she is outstanding!!!!
I will send some pictures soon.

Dear Minda,
I’m writing to update you on the puppy that we purchased from you about
4 months ago. He is super active and very social. We love him
very much and he feel like he has completed our family. His name is
Diesel, and he enjoys hiking with myself weekly and visits to the park.
He is the biggest snuggle bug I have ever had; most think he is
more cat-like in his tenancies. He sits, shakes a paw, lies down, jumps,
and spins around (until he is dizzy) all for a treat. I am truly drawn
by his intelligence and even believe that he tries to talk (even though
he rarely barks).
Anyhow, I just wanted to give you an update of some sort from here in
Victoria BC Canada.
Thank you so much for our amazing little man,

By all means. The two dogs are beyond pathetic. Peri
curls up near us (or on the foot rest of the LazyBoy) when we watch TV
in the evening and soon after little Sam curls up with him like spoons
and Peri rests his head over her neck. We have never seen anything like
it. Peri will often curl up with her and clean her face like a mother
cat would, you would think they were from the same litter.

Here are some shots of Peri and Samantha (aka Lacey). They play all day
and
crash together as you can see. They have turned out to be the best of
friends - thank you for having the best ever Aussies |

Hi there,
I just wanted to let you know Ophelia is doing great! She is very well
behaved, and is already learning basic commands. She is so sweet and
playful. We could not have adopted a more perfect puppy! She is just
what we where looking for. Thanks so much!
Oh ps, just out of curiosity you mentioned there where other pups
with similar markings in her litter. Do you think you could send me
pictures of them? I know there already adopted I am just curious. She is
so unusual. After she is an adult and fully trained we might be
interested in adding another puppy with similar uniqueness if you have
another litter with her "parti" or white pattern coloring. Thanks again
for the wonderful addition! |

Hi. I'm sorry its taken me so long to update you on how
teh puppy is doing. We have named him Jax and he is a wonderful addition
to our family. He and our lab get along great. Jax has actually turned
out to be a great water dog. We were walking along teh river here and
Kodi, the lab, decided he was going to go after a stick my husband
threw. Jax jumped right in after Kodi. Of course that first attempt
didn't get him to far. After some practice at keeping his rear end up he
swims really well; its also really cute to watch. Jax also likes to
chase after frisbees and run through flowers. He knows how to sit, stay,
kennel, heel, go out, and a bunch more I'm sure I am forgetting. Last
check at the doctors had him weighing in at 13 pounds and he is as
healthy as they come. We talked with t eh vet about having him neutered,
but he recommended waiting till Jax was a little bit older. He said that
being neutered later helps protects the joints and such. I'll attach
some pictures so you can see how much little guy has grown.

Hi Minda!
I wanted to give you an update on Cody (aka Buddy - Rocky & Classy
Girl). He is such an intelligent dog and very calm. My vet asked if he
was always like that and couldn't believe how mellow he was. He loves to
chase grasshoppers and other bugs, enjoys his toys, and playing with
Jules, my black lab/golden retriever/aussie. I know we will be wanting
another one in the future so hopefully you will still be in the
business!! Thanks for producing such great companions!!
Here are a few pictures that happen to be my favorite of Cody. I also
sent one of Kane and Cody. Kane was the puppy from Laramie, WY that Cody
used to play with. Kane came up to Sheridan so we babysat him for a few
days!! Cody and Kane seemed to remember each other and played a lot!

Hi Minda,
We bought yogi from you in February. He was one of Rocky's pups. Just
wanted to let you know we are extremely happy 5 months later. He is
super intelligent as most aussies are. I just wanted to attach a few
more pics of him around 7 months. He has gotten so big(thankfully)- he
is nearly 17 inches and 30 lbs!! we were hoping for a slightly larger
dog which is partly why we chose the litter we did, knowing you were
trying to downsize and it worked out perfectly. hoping to start him on
some agility after he reaches a year. he's faster than just about any
dog Ive ever seen. loves to herd the cats, and sticks by our side the
rest of the time!
here are a few more pics for now and still working on getting a video
together of higher quality. Just got a new camera with hd recording so
we will hold up to our end of the bargain and send that vid to you guys,
you won't be dissapointed!
Thanks, Shea and Danielle |

Good morning, Minda.
Well, it's been one week since "Biscuit" joined our family, and I just
wanted to zip you these pictures and note. He's doing soooooo great! We
all adore him. For such a little guy, he sure has a huge personality.

he attended the show with us. Oh, he was a smashing hit with everyone!
Thanks for everything. All the best!

Hi Minda,
Our beautiful puppy, Ricky Bobby, we bought from you last May is now
1 year old! He ended up being about 12 3/4 inches and about 10 lbs.
He has gained his Canine Good Citizen license and completed three
obedience courses. We have been doing agility for about 6 months now
and he is a natural born champion! Our agility coach always tells us
he's a puppy genius; we will hopefully be competing this fall. This
little guy has such speed and precision, he is going to be difficult
to beat on the course. We have just started another class in
Rally-O. Bobby, again, is at the top of his class!
I couldn't have dreamed of a better match for me, I cannot thank you
enough for helping us select this wonderful little guy. Living in NH
and not being able to visit the pups was a big concern of mine, but
you suggested the perfect boy.
As I'm sure you can tell, we are at the gym about three days a week
with Bobby, he excels at everything he does, but after a long tiring
day of exercise, he is more than happy to slow down and take a nap
at my feet or cuddle up in my arms. A true herding dog, he is like
my shadow, he follows me everywhere I go.
Thanks again for matching us with this little boy, feel free to
share our story and pictures on your website.
Sincerely,
Lindsay DeVito

Thought you might like to see my lovely pup. She is absolutely
adorable and sheer pleasure. She is very nicely house trained, with
only one or two accidents. She is full of energy and loves people
and traveling. She is my constant companion and is VERY attached to
and protective of me, (maybe too much). We begin some puppy
training classes this evening.
The attached picture(s) are at 14 weeks and somewhere between 7 and
8 pounds. Some with a dirty little face, she was having way too
much fun romping in the mustard and clover in the Napa Valley, just
havin a blast.

Hi,
Just wanted to check in with you. Oliver is doing great. He is so sweet
and adorable. He has finally convinced our cat that he is fun to play
with. She will let him chase her around, roll on the ground and let him
climb on her.
He is very bouncy. It is so funny...he hops straight up in the air
almost as high as he is tall.
I will get my camera a new battery and send you some photos. The vet got
a kick out of him too - never seeing a toy Aussie before. He is very
curious to see how big he gets. We saw a regular sized Aussie there and
the guy had to check Oliver out too.
Peyton loves showing him off, but she is frustrated cause I tell her we
can't talk him everywhere until he finishes his shot series. He'll still
be tiny and cute then too.
Take care,

Oh my Gosh!!
I don't think I mentioned that the reason we were coming into Savannah
was for a Jimmy Buffett concert Tuesday night. Well, my parents were
keeping our 17 month old so I thought the puppy would be too much for
them and we brought an RV for tailgating so we took Ripley with us.
People went crazy over him!! He had so much fun and was so laid back but
super friendly to everyone! We never even put a leash on him because he
never walked away from our little party area. When we did go for a walk
he stayed right by our feet. I must have given your e-mail and web
address out 10 times yesterday. Everyone loved his coloring and
especially his blue eyes!! We are finally home and he just met our three
cats. They are three times his size and didn't seem to be too upset
about the new comer. I'm looking forward to the next few days of a
regular schedule to really see his personality shine through. Oh, my dad
doesn't really like animals, he does but he's a clean freak so it kinda
ruins it for him. He was so smitten that he held him the whole time and
even said that when they move down here he might like to get one. He
even baby talked to him. I wish you could know what bizarre behavior
this is for my dad. We'll keep you up dated! Thanks again! The

Minda,
I just wanted to update you on our beautiful Meg. She is
about 8 months old now and only 4 pounds. She came home in
last August and instantly fit into the house. Our other two
toy aussies (10 lbs and 17lbs) love having a new little
sister to play with.
Meg loves all of her family members but seems to have a
special soft spot for my husband. She always runs to him
and loves to lay on his shoulder while he is watching TV.
She also loves to do this thing we call the Meg Hat.
Everytime my husband picks her up she climbs up is shoulds
and head so she is looking over his head. She balances
there with one back paw on each side of his neck. Then her
two front paws are on top of his head. It's her favorite
place to be. As soon as I can catch a picture of it I will
send it to you.
Thank you again for such a wonderful dog. Thank you for
doing such a good job socializing her and getting her ready
to come home to us. Many people have asked me about her and
where I got her. I always send them to your web page and I
hope many of them have picked up puppies of their own.

here is another couple- Once again, he is an amazing puppy. Going to

plays fetch like a champ, and loves to be around people. Being one of
Rocky's pups, its hard to expect less. Yogi is a ball of energy, then
quiets down and relaxes when he has to. he is actually sleeping by my
side as I type this (he was up at 6:30 this morning). so thank you and

look for another miniaussie from you.

Dear Minda,
Happy holidays! My fiancee, Chris, and I wanted to send you an
updated photo of Dash, who was once Jade BMM2 born in March 2009
(Sugardaddy x Jade). We are so thankful to have him in our
lives!! Dash loves to go hiking and camping with us, is a pro
at playing ball, and has become Chris' jogging buddy. We also
get stopped everywhere we go by people wanting to play with "the
cutest puppy they've ever seen." Several people have even
commented that Dash is the friendliest dog they've ever met.
I also wanted to share my blog with you. It's just starting

stories about our past months together. Please feel free to

you'd like. The URL is

with my retroactive posts in the next few days and start writing
current stories soon :)
Again, thank you for helping us to find the perfect companion.

Dear Minda,
I thought I'd send you a quick update on Maverick (Lil Rusty
x Sydney). He's almost 10 weeks old now, the first week has
gone by very fast. We got him to the vet right after we
picked him up and he checked out very healthy. This little
guy is everything we were hoping for and more! It took our
other Aussie, Mocha, about 3 days before she realized that
playing with the new guy is fun, but now they are such great
friends! Playdates with Cappi from another of your litters
are quite amusing, especially since Cappi is still a Puppy.
Maverick's personality and temperament are excellent. He
loves to snooze in his crate but also enjoys sleeping in
with us on the couch and in bed. Every night but one he
has only gotten up 2 or less times! He's very playful
with Mocha and likes to chew on his bully sticks, ropes,
and other toys toys. Of course, he tries to find other
(more troublesome) things to chew.
I have taught him to sit and started on a few more
basics, and he's on his way to being house-trained.
Maverick is a very kind, calm puppy - and very, very
happy! . Like his adopted sister, Mocha, he is a dreamer.
I'd say he's dreaming at least half the time, wiggling
his toes and chasing imaginary rodents through his
dreams.
His tail, now the length of a credit card, is adorable.
Maverick waggles it all the time to let me know how much
fun he's having visiting friends and family. The boy is
still quite small but he has a normal appetite and eats
3 meals a day so we're not worried at all. He'll
definitely be a smaller toy, which is great.
Toni and I just wanted to thank you for making this
addition to our family possible. We love our little boy
so much, and I'll continue to send you updates as he
grows up. Enjoy the attached photos :)
We all hope you have a very Happy Holiday season!

He's doing wonderfully! We renamed him Playboy,
"Player" for short. What a fabulous little puppy. So sweet,
alert and special! I attached a picture and will send more soon.
Thank you so much for breeding such a quality little guy. He
loves his new family!

Hi,
But, Zora,
what a surprise ! I LOVE her solid bones. She is very
stocky, though quite a bit smaller than Sky when she arrived
here. And Sky has finished with 14". Her coat colour is also
what I have dreamt of, very dark and rich. And no ways of
being shy. She has already adopted our children and our
other dogs, feels at home, eats and drinks, wags her tail a
mile an hour.
She was even
so friendly at the airport that an airport border vet asked
me if I would consider selling her to him ! He said that he
just fell in love with her... It's true, your dogs are
something very special. I will send you a picture of her
when she has completely settled in.
Meantime, we
are more than happy to have her. I am sure that she will
prove to be one of my best breeding dogs.
Lots of
regards to you and your wonderful dogs,
