Hi Minda,

Our beautiful puppy, Ricky Bobby, we bought from you last May is now 1 year old! He ended up being about 12 3/4 inches and about 10 lbs.
He has gained his Canine Good Citizen license and completed three obedience courses. We have been doing agility for about 6 months now and he is a natural born champion! Our agility coach always tells us he's a puppy genius; we will hopefully be competing this fall. This little guy has such speed and precision, he is going to be difficult to beat on the course. We have just started another class in Rally-O. Bobby, again, is at the top of his class!
I couldn't have dreamed of a better match for me, I cannot thank you enough for helping us select this wonderful little guy. Living in NH and not being able to visit the pups was a big concern of mine, but you suggested the perfect boy.
As I'm sure you can tell, we are at the gym about three days a week with Bobby, he excels at everything he does, but after a long tiring day of exercise, he is more than happy to slow down and take a nap at my feet or cuddle up in my arms. A true herding dog, he is like my shadow, he follows me everywhere I go.

Thanks again for matching us with this little boy, feel free to share our story and pictures on your website.

Sincerely,
Lindsay DeVito

Thought you might like to see my lovely pup.  She is absolutely adorable and sheer pleasure.  She is very nicely house trained, with only one or two accidents.  She is full of energy and loves people and traveling.  She is my constant companion and is VERY attached to and protective of me, (maybe too much).  We begin some puppy training classes this evening.

The attached picture(s) are at 14 weeks and somewhere between 7 and 8 pounds.  Some with a dirty little face, she was having way too much fun romping in the mustard and clover in the Napa Valley, just havin a blast.

Hi,
Just wanted to check in with you. Oliver is doing great. He is so sweet and adorable. He has finally convinced our cat that he is fun to play with. She will let him chase her around, roll on the ground and let him climb on her.

He is very bouncy. It is so funny...he hops straight up in the air almost as high as he is tall.

I will get my camera a new battery and send you some photos. The vet got a kick out of him too - never seeing a toy Aussie before. He is very curious to see how big he gets. We saw a regular sized Aussie there and the guy had to check Oliver out too.

Peyton loves showing him off, but she is frustrated cause I tell her we can't talk him everywhere until he finishes his shot series. He'll still be tiny and cute then too.

Take care,
Robin & family

Oh my Gosh!!

I don't think I mentioned that the reason we were coming into Savannah was for a Jimmy Buffett concert Tuesday night. Well, my parents were keeping our 17 month old so I thought the puppy would be too much for them and we brought an RV for tailgating so we took Ripley with us. People went crazy over him!! He had so much fun and was so laid back but super friendly to everyone! We never even put a leash on him because he never walked away from our little party area. When we did go for a walk he stayed right by our feet. I must have given your e-mail and web address out 10 times yesterday. Everyone loved his coloring and especially his blue eyes!! We are finally home and he just met our three cats. They are three times his size and didn't seem to be too upset about the new comer. I'm looking forward to the next few days of a regular schedule to really see his personality shine through. Oh, my dad doesn't really like animals, he does but he's a clean freak so it kinda ruins it for him. He was so smitten that he held him the whole time and even said that when they move down here he might like to get one. He even baby talked to him. I wish you could know what bizarre behavior this is for my dad. We'll keep you up dated! Thanks again! The Nasworthy's

Just visited your new web site on the Aussies. It's nice to read all you do to make them good pets, not solely "perfect" breeds.

If you ever have anyone near Boston interested in your pups, please feel free to use us as a reference.

Hi Minda! We bought a toy aussie from you about 3 months ago and he's the best thing to happen to us! He's super smart and tons of entertainment! We've named him Chance. We're taking him in this Saturday, June 3rd, to check to see if he is ready to be neutered. We definitely recommend anyone to buy a puppy from you. We've attached a picture of him :)
Thanks,
Zack & Kourtnee

Minda,

MacKenzie woke up at 5:30 so she would have time to meet the new puppy.  I feel sure she has never had a better birthday!  She named her puppy Occy after a professional Australian suffer ( Mark Occhilupo ).  I have attached some photos but please remember it was VERY early.  We are all in love and so happy to have found you.  He is a very laid back and loves the children!  We are taking him to the vet the end of this week, let me know what he will need.

Thanks again for everything

I wanted to thank you for taking such good care of the puppies, my mom told me these horror stories about breeders, but my vet said that you obviously took great care of your puppies because Lucky is healthy and had had all her vaccines, flea treatments, and dewormings done. And you were just super nice and helpful! :0) Lucky is doing great in our home, she loves everyone, and I feel like I have another child now,
she is so sweet, and just has a great disposition. Again thank you so much!

I have attached the "Meg Hat" photo.  It's not the best photo of my husband, but it is an excellent picture of Meg.  We would love to add a blue merle male to our family.
Thank you,
Tiffany Kerbo

Minda,

I just wanted to update you on our beautiful Meg. She is about 8 months old now and only 4 pounds.  She came home in last August and instantly fit into the house.  Our other two toy aussies (10 lbs and 17lbs) love having a new little sister to play with.

Meg loves all of her family members but seems to have a special soft spot for my husband.  She always runs to him and loves to lay on his shoulder while he is watching TV.  She also loves to do this thing we call the Meg Hat.  Everytime my husband picks her up she climbs up is shoulds and head so she is looking over his head.  She balances there with one back paw on each side of his neck.  Then her two front paws are on top of his head.  It's her favorite place to be.  As soon as I can catch a picture of it I will send it to you.

Thank you again for such a wonderful dog.  Thank you for doing such a good job socializing her and getting her ready to come home to us.  Many people have asked me about her and where I got her.  I always send them to your web page and I hope many of them have picked up puppies of their own.

Hello this is Stacey,

We bought one of your puppies back awhile ago, and you wanted a picture of her. I have many but I would love to send you one, she is amazing and is the best dog ever! Her parents were Triscut and Mr.Perrywinkle, she was the last blue merle left that was a girl, and you sent her to us. We love her and she is very spoiled, she is the best dog ever. Thanks for giving me her, I appreciate it greatly!

If you want to see a video of her on YouTube here is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ku-5hNOOSWc

Hi Minda,

I just wanted to drop you a quick not to let you know what  great little pup Ruby is.  We love her and she is very well behaved and adjusted really well.  We have taken her out for walks and had people stop their cars to tell us how cute she is!  She gets along with everyone and sleeps with us through the whole night.  Here are some pictures for your website if you'd like to use them.

Hi Minda, We figured you may want to put a few pics of this handsome little fellow on the website for everyone to enjoy!  So here is another couple-  Once again, he is an amazing puppy.  Going to be 11 weeks tomorrow, already knows how to sit, lay down, and give paw.  plays fetch like a champ, and loves to be around people.  Being one of Rocky's pups, its hard to expect less.  Yogi is a ball of energy, then quiets down and relaxes when he has to.  he is actually sleeping by my side as I type this (he was up at 6:30 this morning).  so thank you and we will be sure to keep you updated!

Thanks, Shea and Danielle

Hi Minda,

The puppy is doing great.  He is active and happy.  I think he already knows that he is to go outside to potty!!!  He has been eating and drinking well.  Thanks again for the food. I don't even think he notices that I have mixed his old food with the new.  The Vet check went well and we have an appointment for another check up in 3 weeks.  I've also attached a picture of him relaxing by the fire. I think he is comfortable here and me and my wife could not be happier.  Thanks for everything!

We bought the last of the litter 3 months ago.  He is now Mylo. He still has his under bite, but he is the most loving dog we have ever had.  Mylo even changed our 11 year old setter and taught him the fun of “play” with another dog.  The family loves him.  As the 11 year setter ages, I would certainly look for another miniaussie from you.

Kind regards<

Dear Minda,

Happy holidays!  My fiancee, Chris, and I wanted to send you an updated photo of Dash, who was once Jade BMM2 born in March 2009 (Sugardaddy x Jade).  We are so thankful to have him in our lives!!  Dash loves to go hiking and camping with us, is a pro at playing ball, and has become Chris' jogging buddy.  We also get stopped everywhere we go by people wanting to play with "the cutest puppy they've ever seen."  Several people have even commented that Dash is the friendliest dog they've ever met.

I also wanted to share my blog with you.  It's just starting out, but there are already many pictures of Dash growing up and stories about our past months together.  Please feel free to share it with your current and potential mini Aussie owners if you'd like.  The URL is http://dealingwithdash.blogspot.com/.  I hope to catch up with my retroactive posts in the next few days and start writing current stories soon :)

Again, thank you for helping us to find the perfect companion.  Dash, Chris and I wish you and your loved ones all the best for the new year!!

Sincerely,
Jennifer

Dear Minda,

I thought I'd send you a quick update on Maverick (Lil Rusty x Sydney). He's almost 10 weeks old now, the first week has gone by very fast. We got him to the vet right after we picked him up and he checked out very healthy. This little guy is everything we were hoping for and more! It took our other Aussie, Mocha, about 3 days before she realized that playing with the new guy is fun, but now they are such great friends! Playdates with Cappi from another of your litters are quite amusing, especially since Cappi is still a Puppy.

Maverick's personality and temperament are excellent. He loves to snooze in his crate but also enjoys sleeping in with us on the couch and in bed. Every night but one he has only gotten up 2 or less times! He's very playful with Mocha and likes to chew on his bully sticks, ropes, and other toys toys. Of course, he tries to find other (more troublesome) things to chew.

I have taught him to sit and started on a few more basics, and he's on his way to being house-trained. Maverick is a very kind, calm puppy - and very, very happy! . Like his adopted sister, Mocha, he is a dreamer. I'd say he's dreaming at least half the time, wiggling his toes and chasing imaginary rodents through his dreams.

His tail, now the length of a credit card, is adorable. Maverick waggles it all the time to let me know how much fun he's having visiting friends and family. The boy is still quite small but he has a normal appetite and eats 3 meals a day so we're not worried at all. He'll definitely be a smaller toy, which is great.

Toni and I just wanted to thank you for making this addition to our family possible. We love our little boy so much, and I'll continue to send you updates as he grows up. Enjoy the attached photos :)

We all hope you have a very Happy Holiday season!

-Shawn Hillyer, Toni Gray, Mocha, and Maverick

He's doing wonderfully! We renamed him Playboy, "Player" for short. What a fabulous little puppy. So sweet, alert and special! I attached a picture and will send more soon. Thank you so much for breeding such a quality little guy. He loves his new family!

Regards,
Rhonda Gailey
Hi,

But, Zora, what a surprise ! I LOVE her solid bones. She is very stocky, though quite a bit smaller than Sky when she arrived here. And Sky has finished with 14". Her coat colour is also what I have dreamt of, very dark and rich. And no ways of being shy. She has already adopted our children and our other dogs, feels at home, eats and drinks, wags her tail a mile an hour.
She was even so friendly at the airport that an airport border vet asked me if I would consider selling her to him ! He said that he just fell in love with her... It's true, your dogs are something very special. I will send you a picture of her when she has completely settled in.
Meantime, we are more than happy to have her. I am sure that she will prove to be one of my best breeding dogs.
Lots of regards to you and your wonderful dogs,
