deposits  on existing puppies =  (1/2 of purchase price)   PET puppies are NON_REFUNDABLE unless puppy does not vet check at 8-9wks-(if minor issue must allow 10days to clear/recheck puppy- vet expenses paid by seller) deposits can be transferred if puppy you put deposit on doesn't meet expectations/representations at 6wks ( size, eyecolor etc)  deposit can be transferred to another puppy or future litter - (this is because have folks put a deposit, I hold the puppy(ies) take them off webpage &/or tell folks they are sold  and then person changes their mind) sadly an older puppy can be harder to sell, especially when they get to the teenage gangly stage.

Deposit to get in "line" is $250 -applies to price of puppy.. - for specific sex-color & est size Deposit is only refundable if we do not get the desired sex/color/size within the noted "expected litters - but if the request is very specific then can take a couple of litters .. I  won't take a deposit unless I think it is reasonably likely to get the requested puppy in the upcoming litters..

 deposits are $250 prior to birth, balance to 1/2 of total price when puppy is 1wk and balance  and shipping paid by  7wks, must clear bank before puppy ships. -

Please email  or call prior to making a deposit to be notified where your request would "fall" on the list.. I will not take deposits if I don't think I can reasonably fill the request from known upcoming litters . and I take a limited amount of deposits per litter.    I don't have control over what the girls have.. have had litters of all boys and all girls, all merles and all tris.. I will notify all on the list by email what the girl(s) had , but not email photos until 1st has made a choice, 2nd theirs, etc.. as folks get their hopes on a certain one and someone before them picks it..  I can't hold all puppies until they are 6 wks for 1st choice to decide which puppy they want.. all the others on the list would be upset.. but  if something major changes on puppy as it grows- by six weeks,  then can transfer deposit/funds/choice to next available..  ONce a person has made a selection, deposit(s) are non refundable  but can be transferred if selected puppy does not mature as expected..

.  if selected puppy does not pass vet check prior to leaving, deposit/funds can be transferred to next available or refunded.

 Tris from litters with possible blue eye-tris will be held until eye color can be determined.  Can select a puppy based on no blue eyes, but if tri has blue eye(s) then would have to pay higher price or move selection. 

I do have the tails docked & dew claws removed, however if for some reason I don't make it to the vet or the puppy is too "weak" at the 3-5 days to have the tail docked - if you don't want a puppy with a tail, the deposit will be transferred to another puppy/litter.  NO discount  will be given on puppy.. TAILS do not effect the ability of the pet to "love' or "breed".. and there are people who prefer  puppies with tails.

If you want the tail left on your choice puppy, you can notify us you want tail and make your selection puppy prior to 5days old. Puppy must be paid in full at 5days, and cannot change your mind or transfer to another puppy.

I try to be flexible and work with people, so that you get the puppy of your dreams, but this has come back to cost me $$$.  or have puppies that are older and harder to place..  so I  reserve the right, if I determine later that you are not a "good home" - find out you are a broker or puppy mill ,  or I don't think I can reasonably get you  your dream puppy  -  to void your deposit.  If I cancel the deposit,  I will have up to 3mths to refund your deposit/monies paid.
